Hosting, Domain Name, template, site maintenance, email... all of it. PWS will manage it all for you. Need email addresses? - PWS will set them up. Need to post your newsletter? - send your completed newsletter to us in Word format - PWS will post it to the site and email it to your email newsletter list hosted on our server. (Managed Service Limitations)

You will be required to provide the original text content, photos, and graphics (logos and graphics not included with template). You will also be required to provide the future content for changes and updates be it newsletters, text, photos, graphics etc.
