The Providing Web Space Basic Service is just that, basic hosting. PWS also offers a free generic, fully functional, starter web site with the basic service. These free sites are offered "as is" with no editing or support from PWS. They require some knowledge of HTML code, web functionality, and a WYSIWYG html editor like Dreamweaver ($400), or KompoZer (free).
